A dynamic symbol in the driver display

Volvo's driver display contains a dynamic symbol that changes appearance if a function is activated or if the car needs to attract your attention.

A symbol that changes shape

16w26 - Support site - Soul-symbol basic form - Driver Display

This is what the symbol looks like in its basic shape.

If the symbol changes shape then it may be because the car wants to advise you that one of the doors is not closed properly, for example, or that the washer fluid needs topping up, or something else about the car's status or functions.

16w26 - P5 - Support site - Soul-symbol changed appearance

The symbol in the driver display changes shape as necessary.

Note
