What happens after I have ordered my product(s) for payment and collection at dealer?

Your selected dealer will order your product(s) from the central unit, if not already in stock at the dealership. You will also receive an email confirmation, details of the order and contact information for your selected dealer. Once the dealer has taken delivery of your order, he or she will contact you for payment and arrange collection of your product(s).

How do I pay for my order?

Simply pay at your selected dealer when collecting your order.

How will my product be delivered/how do I pick it up?

Your product will be delivered at the dealer you have selected.

I don't want to place an order yet and I have more questions about the product(s), who can I contact?

When will my product(s) be available?

You will receive an email when your product(s) is available at the dealership.

Are there any additional costs?

No, the price presented on the website is the total price for your order. However, if you want to add optional installation by dealer, please contact your dealer for more information.

I have placed an order but I have changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, you need to contact your selected dealer with the order reference number for cancellation.

How do I return my product?

If you wish to return the product bought online please contact our Customer Support for further guidance. You have up to 2 weeks from the date when the product was delivered to you to return the item.
