Activating or deactivating Cross Traffic Alert*[1]
The driver can select to switch off the warning in the Cross Traffic Alert (CTA) function – the auto brake subfunction cannot be switched off, however, and continues to be active.
Activate or deactivate the function using this button in the centre display's function view.
- GREEN button indication – the function is activated.
- GREY button indication – warning signal and indication on display for the function is deactivated.
The function is activated automatically each time the engine is started.
