Regional Customer Service Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Customer Service Manager
To ensure the achievement of Parts and Accessory targets through development of Retailer Aftersales
capability, with particular focus on customer retention activities.
• To ensure customer satisfaction perfomance improvement throughout the UK Retailer network through
effective facilitation and consultancy focusing on areas of poor performance.
• To be the key to implementing new and improved processes and products through the Volvo
Authorised Repairer network.
• To ensure the successful deployment of GCS Customer Service initiatives such as Volvo Personal Service
and Volvo Accessory Centre.
