All systems go?
Find out with a free Volvo System Diagnostic - and we'll check if you qualify for a free service.
We take the health of your Volvo seriously. So we’re offering owners a free Volvo System Diagnostic.
We’ll even check if you qualify for a free service
As part of the System Diagnostic, we’ll check your Volvo’s full online service history and provide you with a printout. We will also check if you’re entitled to any free services or Volvo Assistance cover. And on top of this, we’ll leave your car looking its absolute best with a full wash and vac.
So, wherever you bought your Volvo, we want to make sure you’re getting the maximum performance, efficiency and safety from your Volvo.
At participating dealers only. Closing date 31st December 2017.
Volvo System Diagnostic
Only one free Volvo System Diagnostic per Volvo car. Further system diagnostics can be carried out at £75 including VAT, offer applicable to retail customers only. This promotion is at participating Volvo Service Centres only.
A Volvo system diagnostic does not replace the requirements of a Volvo scheduled service. Therefore switching off of service reminder lights does not form part of the Volvo System Diagnostic.
A Volvo system diagnostic does not include any mechanical checks on the car. If these are required then please speak to your Volvo Service Centre about your requirements.
Any further mechanical checks or corrective work is not covered with the Volvo System Diagnostic. These can be provided by your Volvo Service Centre for an additional charge.
If the systems on your Volvo have had an unauthorised modification (e.g. chipped) then the dealer is not responsible for the potential loss of these modifications during the Volvo System diagnostic.
The completion of the Volvo System Diagnostic does not confer approval of unauthorised modifications and their impact on other systems on the car or that the vehicle is roadworthy.
Free Service Entitlement
Free service entitlement is identified by the Volvo Service Centre checking Volvo central systems.
Entitlement will be based on if the car was covered by the £300/ 3 Service or £500/5 Service service offer made at time of new car purchase.
If the car has any service cover remaining and therefore is entitled to a free service this must be taken at the Volvo Service Centre within 38 months of the original DVLA new car registration of the Volvo for the £300/3 service offer or 62 months of the original DVLA new car registration of the Volvo for the £500/5 service offer.
To benefit from a free service you (the customer) will need to provide full contact details to your Volvo Service Centre who will then update Volvo Car UK records.
Free Volvo Assistance Entitlement
Free Volvo Assistance entitlement is identified by the Volvo Service Centre checking Volvo central systems.
Your Volvo Service Centre will advise you of any remaining balance, in months, of Volvo Assistance cover as part of the new car offer or Volvo Assistance cover provided as part of Volvo Service Promise.
To benefit from any balance of Volvo Assistance cover you (the customer) will need to provide full contact details to your Volvo Service Centre who will then update Volvo Car UK records.
Online Service History
Volvo Car UK maintains a central record of service history by registration number of the car. The service history print out will be a screen print of Volvo Car UK central records for that registration number.
Wash & Vac
The wash and Vac will consist of a wash of the outside of the car, vacuum the footwells and wipe down the dashboard.
