At Volvo Cars, we believe a visit to the workshop should be a convenient and rewarding experience. So we are re-inventing the way we service, repair and care for our customers’ cars. An important part of this new approach is ensuring we always have the right parts available when our customers need them.
As a Volvo Parts Advisor, you will support Volvo customers and the aftersales team by ensuring all necessary parts and components are available when required. This will enable our technicians to successfully complete all services or repairs ‘first time, on time’ without causing our customers any inconvenience.
Volvo Parts Advisors also have the pleasure of working in our new, Scandinavian-inspired dealerships, which have been uniquely designed to give our customers an authentic feel for the Volvo brand and provide a modern, efficient working environment.
You will be responsible for researching, ordering and receiving parts into stock, as well as booking out and invoicing parts on the Dealer systems for trade and retail customers. This a role that requires first-class organisational and planning skills and a systematic approach to tasks.
As a Volvo Parts Advisor you will have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and increase your knowledge. You will have access to the Volvo Cars Performance Academy, which includes e-learning courses, webinars and instructor-led courses at our state-of-the-art Training & Development Centre. Volvo Role Certification ensures all employees at Volvo Retailers have the opportunity to keep up to date with the latest products, technologies and systems, and are recognised for their achievements. Because at Volvo Cars, we believe in people
