  • What happens after when I have ordered the car?

    You’ll receive an email confirming your order. Within a few days of your purchase, your selected dealer will contact you to go over next steps, discuss finance options, trade-ins and finalise all other important details.

  • Who delivers my Volvo Polestar car?

    Your Volvo Polestar car will be delivered to your selected dealer who also handles the final purchase.

  • When will my car be delivered?

    Deliveries will start in August 2015. You will receive information on the exact date of delivery from your selected dealer

  • Why do I need to pay a deposit?

    The deposit ensures that one of the limited V60 Polestar cars is reserved for you.

  • What payment options do I have for paying the deposit?

    You can pay by Visa or MasterCard.

  • How do I handle the payment of the car?

    Your selected dealer will guide you through the financing options.

  • Are there any additional costs?

    The price of your Volvo Polestar includes shipping to the dealer and all fees and taxes, as long as you purchase the car in the country where it will be registered.

  • Can I add accessories?

    Contact your selected dealer to order accessories to your car.

  • Why is it not possible to pick a certain specifications (e.g. colour)?

    There is a limited number of each colour and they can be sold out.
