"Really excellent customer service. We broke down on holiday in the Borders about 6 years ago and were treated so well that when we moved to near Edinburgh five years ago Cleland’s was the obvious choice-they have been so helpful. As before they are very friendly and helpful. Everything dealt with, fully informed, clear options, no corners cut. I can work very easily in the showroom. Pleasant building, plenty coffee and WIFI. Always get rung, always courteous."

"Fantastic service and very thorough with Covid19 checks keeping staff and customers safe during this unprecedented time. Staff are always friendly, courteous and explain everything that has been done, and needs to be done to the car. I always feel I am very well looked after, and the car is in safe hands. Very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything that was carried out on the car and told me everything that needed to be replaced. Fantastic service as always and the video clips showing the service being carried out are a great way to see that the inspection is being carried out. The service department was able to tell me in detail all aspects of the service that had been carried out. They also told me all my brake and tyre wear limits and recommended replacing the windscreen wipers as they were smearing. Great facilities as always, even during the Covid19 pandemic."

"Helpful, Welcoming and Friendly"
"A very difficult time for personnel to be working just now. Personnel were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We were treated with courtesy and efficiency. The car had been in initially for the first service but required a warranty repair. This was done quickly. A dash cam was fitted as the same visit. Could not fault the work done and everything was neat and tidy when we received the car. It took longer because of the dash cam being fitted but this appointment was convenient to us, also gave us an opportunity to go for a long walk! Fully explained and fully detailed. There were restrictions due to social distancing, but all that was required was toilet facilities which was just fine. Since purchasing the car in February, we have had several communications to ensure we are happy, both with the car and the work done on the car. Nothing is a problem!"
