Your personal data will also be disclosed to Vehicle Registration Authorities when applicable. Your personal data will furthermore be disclosed to and processed by Volvo Car Corporation (a Swedish legal entity with registration number 556074-3089). In relation to our business partners located outside of EEA, we will transfer your personal data with the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Retention time
We will retain your personal data up to five (5) years after you are no longer registered as an owner or driver of a Volvo vehicle. In relation to purchases other than vehicles, we will retain your personal data up to twelve (12) months after your purchase. Please note that we will retain your personal data up to twelve (12) months after you have opted-out from receiving further marketing communication material from us.
