We process the personal data that you provide in connection with your event participation. This includes name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, postal address, passport details, driver’s license, National Insurance number and next of kin details, where applicable. The purpose of our processing is to be able to administer and plan the event. The legal basis for our processing as described above is legitimate interest.

Disclosure and recipients of your personal data
Your personal data will be disclosed to and processed by Volvo and our business partners associated with the event.

Retention time
We will store and process your personal data for up to three months (3) months following your participation.
