Purpose and legal basis for processing
Our Online Stock Car Locator service will collect and process the personal data you provide to us in order to administer your enquiry. We will also process the personal data for the purposes of statistics, research and development, to follow up on your experience and your satisfaction through surveys and to enhance your experience as a consumer.

The legal ground for our processing of your personal data will be either fulfilment of the contract or because it is within our legitimate interests.

Disclosure and recipients of your personal data
Your personal data will be disclosed to and processed by your appointed retailer, our affiliates and our business partners for the above purposes. Any subsequent calls your selected retailer makes to you may be recorded for quality control and staff development purposes. We will not transfer your personal data outside the EU or EEA.

Retention time
We will process your personal data in relation to your request for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the last service has been provided to you and may retain it for a further 12 months for statistical purposes only.
