This message is shown if no workshop has been selected and linked to the car. It is not possible to send a booking request until you have registered a preferred workshop/dealer at https://www.volvocars.com.

Note that it can take up to 6 hours before your choice of workshop/dealer at https://www.volvocars.com is connected to the car. Wait and try later.

Unable to send previous response. Your car requires a maintenance service. Would you like a service workshop to contact you?

This message is shown if you made a booking request during a previous drive but the car was unable to send your request. If you still want to send a booking request, press YES. Make sure you have an Internet connection, that you have finished creating a Volvo ID and that you have selected the required workshop/dealer on https://www.volvocars.com..

P3/P4 - Support site - Error message - Confirm if you want to be contacted by a dealer

The car has not received a reply from the workshop. Check your Internet connection and your details at https://www.volvocars.com.

This message is shown when you have sent a booking request but not received a response from the workshop. This may be because you do not have a functioning Internet connection or because the workshop has not sent a response yet. This message is shown 48 hours after you sent your request and will continue to be shown until a response is received. Note that it can sometimes take longer to get a reply, e.g. during weekends. Contact your service workshop if you are not sure.
