After the booking request has been sent
After you have sent a booking request, the car will automatically search for a booking proposal from your workshop. The car downloads the booking proposal via your Internet connection when a booking proposal is available. If the car cannot find a booking proposal within 48 hours then it will advise you. In which case, please check the car's Internet connection.
Accept booking proposal
When the car has received a booking proposal, a message is shown at the top in the centre display's status field. To reply to the booking proposal, see the instructions below.
Press the message.
If the suggested booking suits you, press the Accept button. Otherwise, press either the Send new proposal or the Decline button. You can also phone your workshop directly from the car.
When a booking proposal has been accepted, your response and vehicle data are sent to the workshop via your Internet connection. This information makes it easier for the workshop to plan. For more information about vehicle data, see Send car information.
