It is sometimes appropriate to switch from connection via a personal SIM card to use of your mobile phone as the Internet connection for your car, e.g. when you are driving in a different country. This article applies to cars equipped with Sensus Connect and Volvo On Call.

On the centre console: Press MY CAR and then select OK/MENU.
In the Sensus Connect menu: Select
Settings and then Internet settings.
In the Sensus Connect menu: Select Connect through and then Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
Your car selects an Internet connection from the SIM card in your phone.
This procedure can also be executed in reverse order (from phone to SIM card). In this case, select Car modem instead of Bluetooth or Wi-Fi under Connect through.
