You can receive reminders directly in the Volvo On Call app 24 hours before a meeting by giving the app access to your calendar. If the meeting notification in your calendar includes a full address and your car is equipped with Sensus Navigation, you can use "Send to Car" to forward the information to the navigation system in your Volvo and receive directions to your destination.

Your Volvo On Call app allows you to view the status of various components in your Volvo. Maintenance messages can notify you if anything needs to be reviewed or rectified.

General information about maintenance messages in the Volvo On Call app

There are various messages about maintenance in the Volvo On Call app.

  • A green tick means that the status of a component is approved.
  • A yellow message indicates that a component will soon need inspection or action.
  • A red message indicates that action is needed as soon as possible.

A link to the Owner's Manual can be displayed together with maintenance messages. Pressing the link gives you more information about maintenance for your car. A link to your calendar can also be displayed at Service.

If a question mark appears beside a component in the Volvo On Call app, this means that the status cannot be displayed for some reason. This may, for example, be because there is no Internet connection, or the app cannot read a value for some reason.
