Q: Is it required for a business to have a special number or code to purchase cars through the Volvo Fleet program?
A: Yes, it is required for a business to have a valid Fleet Identification Number (FIN). Contact Volvo Fleet at Volfleet@volvocars.com to apply for a FIN.

Q: What are the requirements needed for a business to receive a Fleet Identification Number (FIN) from Volvo?
A: To be eligible for a FIN code, a business must purchase or lease at least five (5) new vehicles annually (any make or model) or have a minimum of fifteen (15) vehicles (cars and/or trucks) currently registered in the business’ name.

Q: Does a business need to go through a Fleet Management Company (FMC) to buy a Fleet unit from Volvo? 
A: No, a business can contact Volvo Fleet directly and we will arrange to have the Fleet sales transaction flow through a Volvo Retailer. 
 
Q: Can a business purchase a Fleet unit directly out of Dealer Stock?
A: Yes, it is possible for a business to purchase a Fleet unit directly from a Volvo Dealer’s inventory. Contact Volvo Fleet at Volfleet@volvocars.com for details.
