Volvo Cars and our retailers are prepared and ready to help.

Personal safety is at the heart of Volvo’s purpose – providing freedom to move in a personal, sustainable and safe way. To ensure we fulfill this mission, we are taking the following steps to serve you in response to the developing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

Personal safety.
The safety of you, our customer, and our team members are our top priorities. To support Volvo retailers, and help ensure they provide a safe environment and experience for you and their team, we have provided guidelines based on advice from health professionals that can help limit exposure to the virus. These guidelines relate to both the facilities and cars.
