The safety of you, our customer, and our team members are our top priorities. To support Volvo retailers, and help ensure they provide a safe environment and experience for you and their team, we are strictly adhering to the health and safety directives implemented by the Government of Oman and have so far taken all recommended and necessary measures to protect all internal and external stakeholders against contamination.

Mohsin Haider Darwish LLC which is the importer of Volvo Cars in Oman, informs that their showrooms and aftersales are fully operational. Showrooms are open from 08:30 AM to 01:00 PM and from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM, and Aftersales team are available from 07:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 01:30 PM to 05:30 PM

The Customer Care and Retailer Support teams are at stand by to help customers within the boundaries defined by the Government during this situation. The Roadside Assistance remains fully operational and the retail partners can be contacted as normal.
