Dear Volvo Customers,
Volvo Car (Thailand) Ltd. would like to inform customers who own PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles) and BEV (Battery Electric Vehicles) that use high voltage batteries for propulsion that the warranty for high voltage batteries (High Voltage Battery) will be extended as follows:

Previously: 8 years or 150,000 kilometers (whichever comes first)
Changed to: 8 years or 160,000 kilometers (whichever comes first)

This new warranty covers both previous and current vehicles. You can use this document to claim your rights at the service center.

We offer this special privilege to all our customers to ensure confidence in using our Volvo vehicles. If you have any further questions, please contact your nearest service center.
