  By submitting your request to Volvo Cars via the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 
To use this Service, you must be aged over 20 years and a resident of Thailand.
 
The Service permits you to:
(i) configure your Volvo car
(ii) nominate the authorised Volvo Car retailer from where you wish to purchase your Selected Vehicle
(iii) provide your contact details
(iv) opt out of free insurance
(v) Review the terms & conditions below:
[1] Volvo XC40 Recharge Pure Electric priced at 2,690,000 baht. and comes FREE Volvo Care Package consists of FREE Volvo Warranty for 5 years or 150,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), FREE Volvo Maintenance for 5 years or 100,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) [2] , FREE Volvo Assistance 24 hours services for 5 years, FREE first-class car insurance for 3 years [3], FREE wall-box EV charger for high-voltage battery with 2 years warranty, FREE home electrical health check and installation [4], FREE cost for recharging car’s high-voltage battery with EA Anywhere application with value of 25,000 Baht, and warranty on high-voltage battery for 8 years or 150,000 km. (whichever comes first)
 
[2] Volvo Maintenance is the service programme applicable when you purchase the XC40 Recharge Pure Electric, provided by Volvo Car Thailand.  It includes the vehicle safety check, replacement of the multi-filter 1 set/year for maximum 5 years/100,000 km (whichever comes first), replacement of the wiper blade 1 set/year for maximum 5
 
[3] The value of the insurance premium for the first-class car insurance (Type 1) for 3 years with Compulsory Motor Insurance is approximately at 180,000 baht. If you have any questions or require the information in relation to the insurance provided under this offer, please directly contact the insurance broker, namely Thanachart Broker Co., Ltd. for a better understanding on the insurance package. The information of the insurance provided in this regard is for a purpose of facilitating the customers only. Volvo Car Thailand has neither acted as an insurance broker nor received any commission or other benefits from the insurance broker or the insurance company.
 
[4] Free installation package for single-phase 7.4kW with 30-meter electrical cable long. (can be upgraded to three-phase 22kW with additional fee). The power supply must be 230 volts. This free service cost does not cover the upgrade of electricity meter and additional electrical cable which exceeds 30 meter long.
The offer is valid when booking a car from 15 November 2022 to 31 March 2023, and the Volvo Care Package will be awarded at the Volvo dealers’ showroom when picking up a car.

The Volvo Maintenance service programme is applicable for the first 5 years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first) from the date of delivery. Only selected Volvo Cars models are available via the Service. The price shown is Volvo Car Thailand suggested retail price with tax included.
The vehicle shown in the confirmation of your submitted request may differ from the vehicle that you test drive and end up purchasing.
 
 
Purchase from an authorised Retailer
Submitting a request does not guarantee you a car, nor does it obligate you to purchase a car.
Volvo Car Thailand will share the information of the Selected Vehicle and your contact details with the Retailer. Once your submitted request is received, a Volvo Car Thailand representative or your nominated Retailer will contact you to discuss your Selected Vehicle or an alternative vehicle in the event your preferred vehicle is not available.
To buy the Selected Vehicle, or an alternative vehicle, you will need to:
visit your Retailer (subject to COVID-19 public orders and regulations),
agree a purchase price for the Selected Vehicle with the Retailer
sign a vehicle booking contract with the Retailer
pay the Retailer a deposit
sign up to any insurance offer
 
Privacy
Volvo Car Thailand collects the personal information you provide on the website in order to provide the Service, and may, for this purpose, and for the purpose of processing your submitted request for a Selected Vehicle, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and our authorised retailers.
If you have consented to receiving direct marketing communications from us, Volvo Car Thailand may use the information you have provided to send you marketing communications.

General Terms
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that all information you provide on the Volvo Website is true and accurate. If at any time Volvo Car Thailand discovers that any of the information you have provided is not true or not accurate, Volvo Car Thailand reserves our right to cancel your submitted request for the Selected Vehicle.
Any costs associated with accessing our website are your responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
To the full extent permitted by law, Volvo Car Thailand excludes all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense, including loss of opportunity) which you may suffer or incur in connection with the Service, including but not limited to any technical difficulties or access issues with the website (whether or not under our control).
Volvo Car Thailand reserves the right to cancel the Service or change the offer for any reason and at any time.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
