What is included in the Volvo Cars app?
The Volvo Cars app includes information and manuals for your car, support when you need it. For those with a connected car/Volvo Cars subscription, a range of remote services is also available. Please note that app content and functionality depend on your car and the services available in your area. Your Volvo retailer can provide more details.
How do I get the Volvo Cars app? Is it free?
The Volvo Cars app is free and can be downloaded where apps are available. Some digital services carry an extra cost. Please contact your Volvo retailer for more details.
I would like to get an app user manual for a specific car model, where can I find it?
Under the car tab you will find a section to 'open the manual'. Here you are able to search for what you are looking for to resolve your problem.

What is Volvo ID? And how can I create a Volvo ID?
Volvo ID is your unique account with Volvo Cars. It serves as your credentials to access all products and service so that we can identify you as a customer or user. You can create your Volvo ID the moment you install the app and open it for the first time.
I forgot my login details/have trouble logging in to the Volvo Cars app, what should I do?
Did you forget your password? To reset your password, follow the instructions below:
Via the Volvo Cars website 1. You can change your password directly on the Volvo Cars website 2. You can find options for managing your Volvo ID in the top right-hand menu 3. Fill in the username for your Volvo ID (email address/mobile number) - You will receive a message with a link which you can use to set a new password
In the Volvo Cars app 1. Start the Volvo Cars app 2. Select 'Log in' 3. Press 'Forgotten password?' and follow the instructions
