Network Strategy Analyst

We are currently restructuring the Volvo UK Finance department. And we have now identified a vacancy for a role within Financial Control. This role will work closely with our Used Car- and Customer Service Businesses.

Customer Relations Consultant (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

Volvo Car UK Limited (VCUK) Customer Relations Consultant (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

We have a vacancy for a Customer Relations Consultant within the Customer Relations and Warranty team.

This position is for a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role will require you to - 

To respond to all customer and dealer enquiries in line with departmental standards
Develop long-term customer satisfaction and retention through meeting and surpassing the customers’ and dealers’ expectations
Make decisions in respect of goodwill payments as appropriate, retaining commercial awareness
Liaise with Dealers to investigate customer feedback/concerns and co-ordinate appropriate actions to resolve the customer concern
Very good knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Word)
