Changing the password for your real-time energy meter

During installation, the electrician will make any changes needed to your account, such as setting a new password.

If you need to change your password, follow these steps:

  1. Press and hold the E button on the display.

  2. When PASS is displayed:

    • Press the M and P buttons to select the first number.
    • Press the E button to confirm.
    • Repeat the process for each number.
  3. Press and hold the E button to confirm the password.
    You're now in set-up mode.

  4. Enter your own 4-digit password:

    • Press the M and P buttons to navigate to SET PASS.
    • Press the E button to confirm.
    • Press the M and P buttons to select each number. Press the E button after each selection to confirm.
  5. Press and hold the E button to confirm the password.
  6. Press the U/I button to exit set-up.
