Disconnecting the Volvo Cars app from your wallbox

Disconnect the Volvo Cars app from the wallbox to allow other people with a Volvo ID account to pair their app to the wallbox.

Note

Only one person at a time can pair the wallbox with the Volvo Cars app. In the future this will change so that multiple users can pair at the same time.
  1. In the Volvo Cars app, go to the profile tab and selectWallbox>Manage access.
  2. UnderOwner, pressUnpairnext to the user.
  3. PressDone.
