It's important that the certified electrician activates your wallbox account and configures your wallbox. If for some reason an electrician mounted the wallbox without completing these steps, you will need to do this yourself. Contact Volvo support if you need assistance.
Opening the wallbox web app
To log in to your wallbox account, you first need to open the wallbox web app. Make sure your wallbox is on.
Open your device's camera and scan the QR code on the access letter.
A link will be displayed on your device's camera.
Press the link to connect to the wallbox network.

Your device is now connected to the wallbox.
Open a browser on your device and enter the wallbox's hostname as mentioned on the access letter, in the format https://hostname.local. If the wallbox's hostname isn't recognised, enter the default IP instead of the hostname: 10.0.2.1.
You will be warned that the connection is not private. This is only a browser limitation and is nothing to worry about.

Log in to your wallbox account using the service user password on the access letter.
