PIN code

As the car owner, you'll receive a PIN code from Volvo support to verify authorisation for certain connected services.

This does not apply to cars with Google built-in.

New PIN code

The four-digit PIN code is automatically generated by Volvo support or by an authorised Volvo dealer and is sent to the car owner.[1] The PIN code confirms that the user is authorised.

Use PIN code

The PIN code is required for security reasons for the following services:

  • Remote unlocking of the car via Volvo support[2].
  • When you start stolen vehicle tracking via Volvo support[2].

Forgotten or change of PIN code

If you forget or need to change PIN code, for example when buying a used car, contact a dealer.[3]

You can also contact Volvo support via the ON CALL/assist button SuSi - 23w42 - iCup-Ceiling call button symbol[4] or phone.

The new code is sent to the car owner.
