本程式或裝置內含來自 Gracenote, Inc. of Emeryville, California, USA（下稱「Gracenote」）的軟體。來自 Gracenote 的軟體（下稱「Gracenote 軟體」）會啟動本程式來查看光碟及/或檔案的辨識資訊，並從線上伺服器或內嵌資料庫（合稱「Gracenote 伺服器」）取得音樂相關資訊，包括名稱、藝人、曲目及標題（「Gracenote 資料」）並用於進行其他動作。您僅可基於本程式或本裝置預定的終端使用者功能使用 Gracenote 資料。

您同意僅將 Geacenote 資料、Gracenote 軟體及 Gracenote 伺服器運用在個人非商業用途。您同意不會將這份 Gracenote 軟體或任何 Gracenote 資料讓與、複製、移轉或傳送給任何第三人。除本合約內明示許可者外，您同意不會使用或利用 GRACENOTE 資料、GRACENOTE 軟體或 GRACENOTE 伺服器。
