Temperature and air conditioning
Your car automatically provides a comfortable interior environment in most circumstances. However, adjustments to temperature and air conditioning can be made manually. You also have the option of prioritising driving range over climate comfort.
Climate preferences
While auto climate is selected, your car automatically controls settings to maintain a comfortable interior climate. You can switch to manual climate mode to let different climate zones have their own temperatures and change the settings for the air conditioning.
Eco climate
Eco climate prioritises your car's range over climate comfort. Activating eco climate limits heating, cooling and air conditioning functions.
In certain circumstances, such as when fast charging on a particularly warm day, the air coming from the air vents might not be as cool as expected. This is because the climate system is prioritising cooling the battery over cooling the passenger compartment. This helps to provide good conditions for the battery's performance and range.Note
