Unlocking the tailgate from the inside of the car

The tailgate can be unlocked from the inside by pressing a button on the instrument panel.

  1. P5-1507 Unlock/open tailgate with button from inside (without fuel filler cap-button)

    Brief press on the P5-1507 Open tailgate - interior button button on the instrument panel.

    The tailgate can be unlocked and opened from the outside by grasping the rubberised pressure plate.

  2. With the power operated tailgate option* -

    Long press on the P5-1507 Open tailgate - interior button button on the instrument panel.

    The tailgate opens.
