Disconnecting the Volvo Cars app from your wallbox

You need to disconnect your Volvo Cars app from the Volvo wallbox to allow others to connect and use it. Here is a guide on how to do that.

Note

Only one person at a time can connect the wallbox with the Volvo Cars app. In the future this will change so that multiple users can connect at the same time.

Disconnecting your Volvo Cars app from the wallbox allows other people with a Volvo ID to connect their app to the wallbox. To disconnect, you can follow these steps:

  1. In the Volvo Cars app, go to the profile tab and select Wallbox > Manage access.
  2. Under Owner, press Unpair next to the user.
  3. Press Done.

> Other users can now connect their app to the wallbox.
