Disconnecting the Volvo Cars app from your wallbox

Disconnect the Volvo Cars app from the wallbox to allow other people with a Volvo ID account to pair their app to the wallbox.

If you or a new user needs to create a Volvo ID account, see the article relating to creating a Volvo ID.

Note

Only one person at a time can pair the wallbox with the Volvo Cars app. In the future this will change so that multiple users can pair at the same time.
  1. In the Volvo Cars app, go to the profile tab and select Wallbox > About wallbox.
  2. Press Unpair.

Other users can now connect their app to your wallbox. For more information on how to do this, see the article relating to connecting the Volvo Cars app to your wallbox.
