Trading Enterprises, a UAE legal entity with company registration number 208421 with address Deira, Dubai, hereinafter referred to as “Trading Enterprises”, “we”, “our” and “us”, will as controller process your personal data as described below.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

Trading Enterprises uses Personal Information for facilitating order processing, developing enhancements to the Web Sites, marketing and promotional purposes (for example, offering the Users the opportunity to take advantage of special promotions and acquire Volvo products); and evaluating the Web Site usage by analyzing usage data. We may use your personal data for online and social profiling purposes in order to improve our marketing communication.

If you have accepted our use of cookies, we may combine your personal data with your online behavior on our web sites.

The Web Sites may also contain optional surveys and questionnaires asking for information, comments, and suggestions as well as opportunities for visitors to ask questions. Finally, Trading Enterprises does research on the Users' demographics, interests, and behavior based on the information provided to us when making a purchase, during a promotion, from surveys and from our server log files. We will process your personal data in relation to your request for services, information and marketing communication for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the last service has been provided to you.

Your personal data will be disclosed to and processed by the local representative mentioned above.

We will retain your personal data up to forty-five (45) days after forwarding to the local representative.
