Send destination to the car via Send to Car

Send to Car allows you to send map destinations to your Volvo. You can send destinations via the Volvo Cars app. To use this function, your car must be equipped with Sensus Connect and Sensus Navigation, and there must be a Volvo ID registered to the car. To use the function via the Volvo Cars app, your car also has to be equipped with Volvo On Call.

Cancel route

You can easily cancel an ongoing route in the centre display.

Suggest new map information

If your Volvo is equipped with Sensus Navigation, maps from the Here map supplier are shown. If you find that any information is missing from a map, or want to suggest changes, you can do this at Here's Map Creator service. Such information can include new addresses or rerouted roads.

Import of POI files

Many companies offer so-called POI (Point Of Interest) files for download. In certain cases you can use the files to supplement Volvo's maps with information on e.g. speed cameras, campsites, etc. POI files in GPX format work best with the Sensus RTI system, but can also be imported to models with Sensus Navigation to a certain extent.
