The first event was held at The International Gallery at KLGCC Resort in conjunction with the launch of Volvo Car Malaysia’s first ever electric-only SUV – the Volvo C40 Recharge Pure Electric. During the event, guests were greeted by a specially built exhibition upon entering the resort and were taken on a journey of Volvo Cars’ rich history in Malaysia, Swedish heritage, and revolutionary safety milestones and innovations in the automotive industry.


The brand experience event also held an exclusive test drive for guests. With the support of Volvo Car Malaysia’s dealers, guests had the opportunity to experience and drive the Volvo C40 Recharge Pure Electric around the KLGCC Resort. This allowed potential customers to learn more about the electric vehicle and fully grasp what it means to drive a fully-electric Volvo car. During Ramadhan, Volvo Car Malaysia hosted multiple get-togethers with customers and their friends. With Koppla being the central theme, the dinners were within a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone exchanged stories and shared interests. The session was a delightful experience, highlighting the significance of human connections, which is at the core of what Volvo represents.

What better means of connecting with people than engaging in Sweden’s most popular sport and the fastest growing sport in the world – Padel? Recently, Volvo Car Malaysia organised a lively customer tournament filled with energy and excitement at the Ascaro Padel & Social Club at 1 Utama Shopping Centre, incidentally the first outside of Sweden, where customers and their friends indulged in a fun-filled afternoon of Padel, engaging in friendly competition and fostering a strong sense of camaraderie. As guests enthusiastically battled it out on the court, others relished in casual conversations, catching up with Volvo friends and family, while savouring delectable food that perfectly complemented the exclusive social event.
