Visiting an authorised Volvo dealer
If you import a car or relocate to another country with your car, you need to visit an authorised Volvo dealer for assistance with registering your car in the new country. If you don't do this, you may experience that apps, connected services and software downloads don't work correctly.
Creating a new Volvo ID

Downloading the Volvo Cars app
Download the Volvo Cars app from the country where the car will be used, and then pair the app with your car.
