The Volvo Aftersales Manager is the operational leader of the retailer´s Aftersales business. They are responsible for creating and implementing a well-defined business plan which achieves the Retailer’s strategic objectives, volume and profit targets, whilst delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Through the Aftersales marketing plan, they communicate with existing and potential Volvo customers in their area to secure long term business and maximise workshop efficiency.
The Volvo Aftersales Manager is responsible for the performance, personal development and coaching of the aftersales team; from Service Advisors through to the technical team.
