Aftersales Manager

Volvo brand. Volvo Retailers need an aftersales management team capable of bringing the Volvo brand to life
to make current Volvo owners feel valued and make our cars attractive to new customers.

As a Volvo Aftersales Manager you will be operational leader of the retailer’s aftersales business. It will be your responsibility to create and implement a well-defined business plan that achieves the retailer’s strategic objectives, meets volume and profit targets and delivers a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will communicate with both existing and potential Volvo
customers in your area to secure long-term business, maximise
workshop efficiency and ensure consistently strong parts sales
performance. You will also be responsible for the performance,
personal development and coaching of the entire aftersales team.

As a Volvo Aftersales Manager you will have the pleasure of working in
our new, Scandinavian-inspired dealerships, which have been uniquely
designed to give our customers an authentic feel for the Volvo brand and
provide a modern, efficient working environment.

As a Volvo Aftersales Manager you will have the opportunity to develop your career and
increase your knowledge. Once you have joined a Volvo Retailer, you will be enrolled in our
Accredited Leadership Programme. You will also have access to the Volvo Cars Performance
Academy, which includes e-learning courses, webinars and instructor-led courses at our
state-of-the-art Training & Development Centre.
