Canadian Volvo Club to host 32nd Family Fun Day
Annual event attracts unique models new and old from around the province
TORONTO, ON (July 12, 2012) - Each and every summer for the past 32 years, the Canadian Volvo Club has organized their Family Fun Day, where members have congregated to share their passion for the premium Scandinavian brand. Consisting of the usual car show essentials, the event features a swap meet, show & shine and People's Choice awards. As always, the cars are the main focus. The show always features an incredibly diverse collection of vehicles, spanning Volvo Cars of Canada's entire history - each with their own unique and distinctive story. The Canadian Volvo Club's goal is to ensure that these stories continue to be shared and enjoyed.
Last year, the CVC was fortunate enough to have two of Volvo's most notable brand ambassadors in attendance to share their stories and show off their cars; Garry Sowerby and Irv Gordon, both of whom still own their high mileage, Guinness World Record-winning Volvos.
The event is open to Volvos of every year, make and model. It will once again be held at 22679 Wonderland Rd. North. Ilderton, ON.
