After you’ve booked an appointment, select a convenient place, date and time for your car to be picked up with your local retailer.
Your local retailer will come and collect your car.
When everything’s sorted, your car will be delivered back to your chosen location.

Yes, Volvo Valet is a flexible service offering the ultimate convenience. Volvo retailers can pick-up your vehicle while delivering a courtesy car to keep you mobile when needed. Courtesy vehicles are subject to retailer availability and policies.
Is there a radius restriction on how far my Volvo retailer will travel to offer a Valet service?

Can I cancel a Volvo Valet?
You can cancel or edit your transportation option in the Volvo Cars App or by contact your retailer.
Will I be notified when my Valet is on route or delayed?
Notification can be sent via the Volvo Cars App as long as notifications are turned on. Before the Valet associates actives the service you will receive a notification that they are on route or delayed if road hazards get in the way.
How do I contact the driver?
You can contact your Valet associate via the Volvo Cars App, or the SMS link once your Valet is on-route.
