With this add on, you can administer your fleet's fuel costs by providing all drivers in the company with fuel cards.

With this add on, you can administer your fleet's fuel costs by providing all drivers in the company with fuel cards. To ensure every driver has access to over 1500+ fuel stations in Sweden, they get two of the most common fuel cards: one from Carpay Fleet (OKQ8 & Tanka) and one from Circle K.

Fuel cards

With Delat drivmedel, we help to divide the cost between the driver and company. The driver is invoiced for private miles and the company is invoiced for company miles. The company gets charged the full VAT for the fuel purchase covering the company miles. The company is also invoiced for other costs like car wash, washer fluid etc. The driver needs to clearly record private and company miles and report by the 2nd working day latest 08:00 each month.

The password needs to be 8 or more characters long and contain at least 1 number, 1 lower case letter and 1 upper case letter.

Volvo ID is a personal ID that gives access to a wide range of Volvo services both online and in car. Volvo ID is used when logging in to a series of connected services and allows you to manage your Volvo experience. Volvo ID is a personal login which consists of a username and a password.

Your business email address will be the main point of contact for Fleet & Business Online account. Once your Volvo ID is ready, you will get an email to activate your account.

To create a new Volvo ID for your fleet account, provide either an email address or phone number that will be your company’s main point of contact for fleet services.
