If you are not the signatory, you’ll need to provide a power of attorney to our fleet sales team.

The password needs to be 8 or more characters long and contain at least 1 number, 1 lower case letter and 1 upper case letter.

Volvo ID is a personal ID that gives access to a wide range of Volvo services both online and in car. Volvo ID is used when logging in to a series of connected services and allows you to manage your Volvo experience. Volvo ID is a personal login which consists of a username and a password.

Your business email address will be the main point of contact for Fleet & Business Online account. Once your Volvo ID is ready, you will get an email to activate your account.

To create a new Volvo ID for your fleet account, provide either an email address or phone number that will be your company’s main point of contact for fleet services.

The TCO calculation is based on today's current rules for taxes and benefit values and gives an estimated cost that may differ from the actual cost. Any corporate discounts are not included. Fuel costs are added. Other costs, such as congestion tax, possible parking fines and consumables are not included and are not included in the subscription. Vehicle tax calculated as if car was registered today.

As a company, you have the right to deduct 50% of the VAT on the monthly fee. The half that is not deductible becomes an expense for the company.

The company pays social security contributions amounting to 31.42% of the benefit value.

Details

The vehicle tax is paid by the company and its amount is only determined on the day the car is registered. The vehicle tax in this example assumes that the car had been registered as of today's date.
