Previous experience in a customer facing role is required however experience in sales or the motor trade is not as full training will be given. What we are looking for is an individual who has exceptional understanding of technology, great customer service skills along with a good understanding of communications methods and a positive can do attitude.
VOLVO VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
We have an opportunity to join our team as a as Volvo Vehicle Technician. The key responsibilities of this role will include, vehicle servicing and MOT work as well as general vehicle repairs. Communicating with Service & Parts Advisors, Maintaining Service & Repair records and talking with customers regards any work advised or completed.
The role is full time with opportunity for over-time.
Previous experience in a Vehicle Technician role is required however we run a full Volvo Trained Technician training course. What we are looking for is an individual who has exceptional understanding of vehicle technology, great team player attitude along with a good understanding of communication methods.
