1. The “Promoter”: Volvo Car UK Ltd, Scandinavia House, Norreys Drive, Maidenhead SL6 4FL (“VCUK”).

2. The “Offer”: Eligible Volvo fully electric (BEV) car drivers can receive one free ticket with every purchase of one full-price ticket to The Eden Project, up to a maximum of 10 free tickets per booking. To be eligible for the Offer, you must meet the following criteria:

- You must be a UK resident.

- You must currently own and/or drive a Volvo fully electric car. This includes a Volvo EX90, EX40, EX30 and EC40 and any other pure electric models added to the Volvo car range. This Offer excludes Plug-in Hybrid and Mild Hybrid powertrains.

3. To claim this Offer, eligible drivers must:

- Contact VCUK Customer Care via telephone on 01628 422 522 or send a direct message to @volvocaruk on Instagram or ‘Volvo Car UK’ on Facebook with your car registration details to allow the team to confirm that you are an eligible driver. If you do meet the eligibility criteria, then VCUK will provide you with a Unique Voucher Code(s).

- To book your tickets using the Offer, you must first book your full price ticket(s) to the Eden Project via the Eden Project online booking system available at the following link: Book tickets | Eden Project.

- You can then book your free ticket(s) by applying the Unique Voucher Code(s) given to you via Eden Project’s Online Voucher Redemption webpage at the following link: Voucher redemption | Eden Project.

- You will receive separate booking references. All booking references must be presented upon entry to the Eden Project at the admissions area so that they can be validated. Please note that all free booking references must be accompanied by a paid ticket booking reference and this will be checked by staff upon entry.

4. The Offer is valid between January 2025 – July 2027. Any ticket requests using the Offer that are made outside of this window will not be accepted.

5. Tickets claimed using the Offer must be used within six months of purchase.

6. The Offer is non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part

7. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount from The Eden Project or VCUK.

9. VCUK reserve the right to decline any Offer requests which it believes to be false, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.

10. VCUK and The Eden Project reserve the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time without prior notice.
