1. Promoter: Volvo Car UK Ltd, Scandinavia House, Norreys Drive, Maidenhead SL6 4FL (“VCUK”).

2. The 2025 Eden Sessions Standard Arena Tickets Prize Draw is subject to the following conditions and is open only to UK residents who are 18 years or over.
The Prize (“Prize”) is two ‘Standard Arena’ tickets to an Eden Sessions 2025 event (the “Event”) subject to availability. The Prize includes free Eden Project entry on the day of the Event. One prize per entrant only.
The prize does not include any travel to and from the Event, subsistence, or any extra activities at the Event.

3. Each Wednesday in June 2025, VCUK will post an Instagram Story on @volvocaruk channel giving viewers the chance to enter Volvo Car UK’s 2025 Eden Sessions Tickets Prize Draw. Entrants will have the chance to win the Prize for the following Events from the following dates that the Instagram stories go live,

• Story 1- Wednesday 4th June 2025: Texas Plus KT Tunstall – 8 prizes available
  
• Story 2- Wednesday 11th June: Gary Barlow Plus Beverley Knight – 2 prizes available
  
• Story 3- Wednesday 18th June: The Script Plus Tom Walker – 7 prizes available/ Deftones Plus High Vis – 6 prizes available
  
• Story 4- Wednesday 25th June: Biffy Clyro Plus Nova Twins (9th July) - 6 prizes available/ Biffy Clyro Plus Nova Twins (10th July) - 7 prizes available/ Madness Plus Rhoda Dakar - 1 prize available / The Libertines Plus Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls, Sports Team, Mên An Tol and Fletchr Fletchr – 4 prizes available
  

To enter the prize draw, participants must comment in the comment box on the relevant Instagram Story with the name of the artist they would like to see, using their personal Instagram account.

Only entries received via the Instagram Story comment box will be valid. Story replies, direct messages, or other forms of contact will not be accepted.
Entrants will be automatically entered into the draw once they have completed the required steps. Participants will not be entered into the draw if they do not complete the required entry steps.
Please note that this giveaway is run on Instagram only.

4. Entries for each Event will be open on the dates specified in clause 3 and will be open until all tickets available as part of each prize draw have been allocated. This means that the Prizes will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. There are a different number of tickets available to be won for each Event due to availability. A prize draw closing Story will be uploaded to @volvocaruk Instagram channel when each prize draw has closed.

5. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and that you are eligible to claim any prize you may win.

6. There will be a total of 41 winners of the Prizes, as defined and detailed in clause 3, who will be notified of their win within 2 working days of their Story reply. A panel of VCUK employees will review all entries and check that the entry has fulfilled the criteria stated in clause 3 above. The first eligible participants to comment in the comment box on the Story, up to the number of tickets available, will be selected as winners. The decision of the panel will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

7. Employees of Volvo Car UK and the Eden Project are not eligible to enter this competition.

8. VCUK will send a direct message via Instagram to the winners notifying them of the win. The winners will need to provide their contact phone number and their email address to the VCUK @volvocaruk Instagram account via a direct message in response. The winners will be contacted via email to receive their Prize. Please be aware of scam accounts. We will contact the winners via @volvocaruk Instagram account and never ask you to share any financial information.

9. Should there be no response from the winners within 12 hours of the VCUK direct message, a new winner will be selected and notified, and the same process will be repeated until there is a confirmed winner for the Prize.

10. If the winner is no longer able to attend the Event they entered the prize draw for, they should notify @volvocaruk via Instagram direct message or email the VCUK employee they have been in contact with regarding the Prize. This will allow the Prize to be allocated to another entrant and avoid the tickets from going to waste.

11. No liability is accepted for submissions that are lost or not received. No liability is accepted in the event there is no response to telephone calls, direct messages or e-mails when contacting a chosen winner.

12. By law, VCUK must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact VCUK. In such circumstances, VCUK must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

13. The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. Tickets cannot be re-sold.

14. VCUK reserve the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.

15. You agree that the VCUK may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website, social media and any other media and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant VCUK a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry for such purposes.

16. No purchase necessary.

17. This prize competition in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating in this prize competition, you agree to a complete release of Instagram, or any other social media platforms, from any claims relating to the prize competition.

18. VCUK will not accept liability for minors left unattended at the Event.

19. Prize winners are responsible for their own property (including clothing, umbrellas, child seats etc) at the Event - please ensure it is always kept safe. VCUK accepts no responsibility for loss or theft of, or damage to property except if caused by VCUK's negligence.

20. VCUK shall not be held responsible for any cancellation of any part of the Prize, Event or activities, which may be due to circumstance outside its control, including - but not limited to - sickness, adverse weather conditions or Covid-19 factors. There will be no alternative offer in respect of any such cancellation.

21. VCUK, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of VCUK, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

22. It is the winner’s responsibility to declare any tax liability to HM Revenue and Customs

23. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g. be photographed for website/newspaper stories, provide a short statement about their win.

25. VCUK reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this prize competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

26. VCUK reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

27. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
