Checking your service plan details
You can find information about your service plan in two ways:
- Check the subscription tab in the Volvo Cars app
 - Review your order confirmation

If you want to extend or add a new service plan, contact your Volvo retailer to find out which options are available to you. You can also access information through the Volvo Cars app or online at https://www.volvocars.com/uk/shop/additionals/service-plan/.
Note
Higher annual mileage than the service interval may result in earlier servicing dates and a reduced duration of your plan.
Your responsibilities
To maintain a valid service plan, you should:
- Drive and maintain your car according to the guidance and instructions found in your car's user manual.
 - Perform routine fluid checks and top-ups between service intervals.
 - Service your car according to the recommended intervals.
 - Use an authorised Volvo workshop in the country where the plan was purchased.
 - Inform the workshop of your service plan when booking your service.

Changes in ownership
The service plan will remain in effect if you choose to sell your car. Remember to let the new owner know about the service plan details.
Early termination
Service plans can't be terminated early and will remain active for the duration of the plan.
Important information
