Troubleshooting issues when ordering online

If you experience issues when trying to place an order online, here are some common problems and solutions that can help.

Browser-related issues

In some cases, the web browser you are using can cause issues when trying to place in order. Try the following:

  • Use a web browser on a computer rather than a mobile device.
  • Open a private or incognito browser window.
  • Clear your browser cookies.

Document uploads

When uploading documents to complete your order, note these limitations:

  • Maximum file size: 20 MB
  • Maximum number of attachments: 10

Note

If you get an error when uploading documents, try uploading them again before contacting Volvo support.

After uploading your documents:

  1. Wait for the agreement to be sent to you for signing.
  2. The retailer will conduct their checks and contact you to arrange the car handover.
