Cancelling your car order

Contact Volvo support to cancel your order before you receive your car.

You can only cancel your order before the car has been delivered.

When you cancel your order, you'll receive a refund on the order deposit and any optional deposits that you've made. Contact Volvo support for help with the process.

Refund timeline

After your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund is processed automatically following the confirmation and sent to your original payment account within 15 working days.⁠⁠​

Note

There are no charges or penalties for cancelling your order before handover.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 working days from receiving the confirmation email, contact Volvo support for assistance.

Bank holidays may extend the processing time.
