Volvo Car service plans

Volvo offers several different service plans that you can purchase for your car. Read about the different plans and their coverage.

Volvo Car Service Plan

The Volvo Car Service plan covers the regular maintenance services, including labour cost and materials, to be performed in accordance with Volvo Car’s recommendations. It includes functionality and safety checks of limited wear and tear components, as well as actions performed at specified service intervals.

Volvo Car Service Plan Plus

This enhanced plan includes everything in the Volvo Car Service Plan, as well as replacement of specific wear and tear items.

For fully electric cars:
  • Wiper blade replacement.
  • Replacement of brake discs and brake pads.
For plug-in or mild hybrid cars:
  • Wiper blade replacement.
  • Replacement of brake discs and brake pads.
  • Charging or replacement of starter battery.

 Note

Wear and tear repairs are at all times subject to the professional judgement of the Volvo service technician performing the service.

Volvo Car Service Plan Plus with Tyres

This comprehensive plan includes everything in the Service Plan Plus, as well as:
  • Tyre check-ups during scheduled workshop visits
  • Tyre replacement or repair as needed
This plan does not include cover for:
  • Excessive wear and tear from external causes
  • Irresponsible driving
  • Accidents
  • Damage caused by steering misalignment
  • Non-approved tyres or repairs that do not meet the specifications provided by Volvo Cars or the tyre manufacturer.

What's not included in any Volvo service plan

  • MOT tests.
  • Repair work outside of scheduled maintenance.
  • Spare parts not specified in your service plan.
  • Consumables like washer fluid, coolant and AdBlue.
  • Any additional work agreed to with your local Volvo workshop.
