Managing your car accessories

All accessories come with a 3-year warranty when purchased online with your car. Contact your Volvo retailer to make a warranty claim or return a car accessory.

Making a warranty claim

If you need to make a warranty claim, contact your local Volvo retailer who will manage the process for you.

You can find your nearest Volvo retailer using the online tool at volvocars.com/uk/dealers/car-retailers.

Returning purchased accessories

If you want to return accessories that you have bought outright:
  • You can return removable accessories under the 14-day right to withdraw period.
  • You cannot return accessories that are permanently fitted to your car.

 Note

You can only return accessories that do not show signs of excessive use or damage.

Accessories included in your monthly payments

If you're financing your accessories as part of your car contract:
  • You can't return accessories before the end of your contract period, without ending your car contract.
  • At the end of your contract, you must return all accessories meant to stay with the car - even if they're not fitted.

The accessories that should stay with the car are listed in your order confirmation email.

If you forget to return an accessory that belongs to the car contact your Volvo retailer, or Volvo support if your car is being collected by Volvo Cars directly.
