Order communication timeline
After placing your order for a new Volvo, you'll receive several updates throughout the process:
- Order confirmation: You'll receive an email shortly after placing your order, including your financing options.
- Progress tracking: Track your car's progress through the Volvo Cars app while waiting for delivery.
- Payment instructions: A few weeks before delivery, you'll receive email instructions for payment.
- Delivery scheduling: Your selected retailer will contact you to arrange delivery or collection once your car is ready.
