Service planning for your car
Activating service planning allows a workshop to check your car's status before your visit, making your visit more efficient.
Note
The availability of service planning can vary depending on car model, model year and region.
Service planning is not available to cars with model year 2017 or earlier.
Data is sent from the car during each drive cycle and is made available for the workshop when they need it. For more information visit the Volvo Cars Privacy Notice at volvocars.com/intl/legal.
Your car's status data is available through Volvo's authorised workshop system and allows your visit to be planned more efficiently, for you and the service technicians. Spare parts can be ordered in advance so that they are available for your visit to the workshop.
You can activate service planning via the Volvo Cars app. For cars with Google built-in, you can also activate service planning via your car's privacy settings.
