Back in black: Volvo’s best retailers serve up aces – and two new special editions
Volvo’s best retailers are off to Wimbledon after serving up customer service aces. The Pinnacle awards also hosted two very special guests: the XC60 Recharge and S60 Recharge Black Edition.

Volvo Car Australia’s best retailers were recognised last month at the annual Pinnacle Awards of Excellence. Their efforts in 2023 helped power the business to another record year, with more cars sold than ever before. The winners’ reward? A once in a lifetime trip to Wimbledon.
The awards evening also hosted two new aces in Volvo’s pack – the XC60 Recharge Black Edition and S60 Recharge Black Edition, an all-black design guaranteed to turn heads. Very limited volumes arrive for delivery in Australia from next month.

**Best of the best**
The retailers recognised as the best of the best were scored on all aspects of customer service and care. The results in some cases were extremely tight, with Pinnacle winners and runners up decided on the finest of margins.
